Cypress Trace Recreation Association

Welcome to the Cypress Trace Recreation Association.  If you own a unit on Cypress Trace Circle (The Trace as it is commonly referred to) you are a member of BOTH The Cypress Trace Recreation Association and a COA (Condominium Owners Association).  The Rec Association is responsible for the maintenance of the North and South entrance gates, three pools and restrooms, the Cypress Trace Circle Road and the landscaping of all areas inside “The Trace” that are not covered by the individual COAs.

Recreation Association documents, such as Budgets, Meeting Notices, Meeting Minutes, etc. can be found on the portal which is accessible to all association members.  You can reach the portal at https://portal.topssoft.com/
