Dining


Cypress Woods offers a variety of member-only dining experiences, with spaces suited for casual meals, evening dinners, and special gatherings. The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Matthew Wreski, creates a well-rounded menu featuring fresh ingredients, seasonal selections, and classic favorites.

Lunch and dinner are available throughout the week, along with a full-service bar, daily Happy Hour, and both indoor and outdoor seating. Members can enjoy quality food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere across all dining areas.




 

Menus

Grille Room

Our Grille Room offers daily Happy Hour with reduced price drinks. We offer a full liquor bar with a compliment of draft and bottle beers, wine, and champagne. Multiple television screens, cold beverages, good food, and a friendly bar staff make for the elements of a good time. We offer a lighter fare Grille Menu as well as full dinner entrees.

Main Dining Room

Our Main Dining Room offers a comfortable and inviting setting for member-only dining. Enjoy beautiful views of the golf course and natural preserve through large windows, or dine outside on the expanded Terrace Patio overlooking the 18th Hole. Led by Executive Chef Matthew Wreski, our team serves a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes—from classic favorites to seasonal specials.

Terrace

The Terrace at Cypress Woods offers a relaxed, open-air dining experience with beautiful views of the 18th Hole and surrounding natural preserve. This newly expanded patio is a favorite spot to enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks in a comfortable outdoor setting. Soft lighting creates a warm, inviting atmosphere after sunset, making the Terrace just as enjoyable at night as it is during the day.

Executive Chef

Born in Pensacola FL to a Naval Aviator Military Family, Matt grew up as a Naval Brat living in a variety of places such as Texas, California, Mildenhall U.K., Maine, and Jacksonville FL. Matt began working in restaurants as a short order cook and realized that he had a passion for cooking while running the kitchen at Brittingham’s Irish Pub. He attended Johnson & Wales University located in Charleston SC and worked as a line cook at The Harbour Club, part of ClubCorp. After graduating with Honors, Matt became the Executive Chef after only 3 Years. He met his Wife Julia there and had 2 Boys, Dakota and Gunner. Later welcoming twin girls. Matt received his certification as an Executive Chef for Clubcorp and during that time became the Regional Executive Chef for the Southeast. He accepted an offer for Imperial Golf Club in Naples, where he worked for thirteen years before joining the Cypress Woods family in 2016.

Chef Gina was born and raised in South Florida. She received her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University. Her internship was completed at Seasons 52 where she then went to the Ritz Carlton after Graduating. She later ended up with Chef Matt at Imperial Golf Club and continued her career with him when he came to Cypress Woods. Although Gina can make up a mouth-watering ‘heart-attack on a plate’, she focuses on nutritional eating in ways to make it more fun and enjoyable as health and fitness are a big part of her life.

Geovani Lopez

Title

Food & Beverage Manager

Geovani joined the Cypress Woods Family in 2021. He was born and raised in beautiful SWFL, a true native. He began in food & beverage in 2009, when he joined the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa. In 2012 he became a part of the Palmira Golf and Country Club team and in 2018 he made the move to Copperleaf Golf Club at The Brooks and joined as their dining room manager. In 2019 Geo augmented his professional path forward by becoming the Asst. Food & Beverage Manager, then the Food & Beverage Manager at the Club. He enjoys going out to the beach for a nice relaxing day to fish when the weather cooperates.
