Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club is an all-inclusive Private golf community in North Naples. Established in 1999, Cypress Woods has grown to be a top choice for bundled communities in the Southwest Florida area. As an Owner in a bundled community,  a full Golf Membership is bundled into the purchase of your home whether it is a single-family home, coach home, or condo. This cost-effective option allows owners to enjoy unlimited golf and club amenities.  Including Unlimited owner use of the Eight Pickleball Courts, Two Tennis Courts, Bocce Ball and a Full Gym Facility are on site as well as a large Resort Style Pool and Hot Tub.  Annual membership dues are required; every homeowner in the community is a golf and social member of the Club.



 

Inclusions

Unlike equity clubs, there are no large upfront initiation fees, but instead the owners pay annual club assessment dues. The Board adopts the Club’s annual budget each November thereby establishing the next year’s annual assessment due by Members in January each year. There is an annual food minimum applicable to each Living Unit. Food and non-alcoholic beverage expenditures can be applied toward the food minimum.
